About Us

Our introduction to labs was when my uncle brought over his black lab. Our daughter was trying to hit a pine cone with her B B Gun and Misty wanted to retrieve a bird. Our second introduction to labs was when I visited my uncle in Coon Valley and his new black lab brought me a dummy to throw. We went to look at some puppies with our daughter and her family and we wound up bringing home one for ourselves. When the breeder brought out Daisy who was then nine months we suddenly became interested in a older dog because she walked right up to Curt's chair and greeted him.  She has gone out with him on walks with his power chair out back on the trails. Daisy now has great new home with hunter after producing our next generation breeding female Journey. Our other lab Jewel we raised from a puppy and has turned out to be quite the companion. We have learned a lot in this breeding process. Our goal is to provide good quality sound Labrador Retrievers with a emphasis on hunting pedigrees. Our labs are wonderful companions,  have good sense to obey commands, and strong drive to retrieve. We have had both professionally trained with excellent response. This breed is absolutely wonderful for kids and family or hunting companion or just great companions in general. We thoroughly enjoy our labs  and hope you will as well. Through research, planning and experience we try to breed in order to ensure good solid dogs that will be lifelong companions with no known congenital defects or problems. 

We have moved. Breeding plan in future. Sadly, we have had to say goodbye to our beloved Jewel prior to Christmas 2023.
